About Samples:
Need a sample? Often customers want to be sure of the color or quality of our
window film before investing a substantial amount of money in the product. This
is totally understandable. If you require or desire a sample, we offer the
option of adding a Sample Guarantee to your order.
About Shipping:
We only accept orders shipped to the United States and
Canada.
Orders will be sent U.S.P.S. First Class or
Priority Mail normally within 72 hours of receiving the order. Shipping charges
are based on a percentage of total order and will be added when you
check out. Shipping to Canada will be USPS Priority International and the rates are
double what is shown below. Canadian shipments are subject to import duties upon
receipt.

About Refunds and Returns:
While it would be nice if you never had to return products, we
understand the there are occasions when you measured wrong or ordered the wrong
product or just changed your mind. That is OK. We will refund any products
returned in their original condition and original packaging within 30 days of
purchase. No need for a return authorization number. Just return the product to
Jade Enterprises at the address listed above with a copy of your order or at
least a name and address on the inside of the package. It is always nice if you
tell us the reason for the return. But please be kind and repackage the product
carefully. Keep in mind that in order for us to issue a refund, the product must
be unused, unaltered and resalable. Refunds do not include the shipping costs,
even if the shipping was free.
